These Terms & Conditions apply to the PayHero Referral Programme (“Referral Programme”). By participating in the Referral Programme, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Offer

‍Under this Referral Programme:

• The referred business (“Referred Business”) will receive 3 months free on their new PayHero subscription up to the value of $500.
• The referrer (“Referrer”) will receive a $200 reward once the Referred Business activates a PayHero Subscription and successfully runs their first payroll through PayHero.

The Referrer may choose either:

• A $200 credit applied to their PayHero account; or
• A $200 Prezzy Card.

2. Eligibility‍

This programme is for referring third-party businesses. Self-referrals or referrals of businesses under the same ownership or management of the Referrer do not qualify.

To qualify for the reward, the Referrer must:

• have submitted the referral via the official PayHero referral form, and
• have had permission from the Referred Business to share their details.

To be an eligible Referred Business:

• The Referred Business (including any associated entities or owners) must not be a current PayHero customer, and
• They must not already be in active sales discussions with PayHero at the time of referral (as determined by PayHero).

3. Reward Conditions

The $200 reward will be issued to the Referrer only after:

• The Referred Customer has activated a PayHero subscription,
• The subscription is directly with FlexiTime Limited and not associated with a partner, and
• Their first live pay run has been successfully processed.

If the Referred Customer cancels their subscription before running their first pay, no reward will be issued.

The 3-month subscription credit up to the value of $500 will be issued to the Referred Business only after:

• The Referred Customer has activated a PayHero subscription; and
• Their first payroll has been successfully processed.

The 3 month subscription credit up to the value of $500 for the Referred Business:

• Begins from the date of subscription,
• Is only available to new customers only with no other legal entities with PayHero,
• After the 3-month free period ends, standard PayHero subscription fees will apply, and
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

4. Reward Delivery

• PayHero confirms that all eligibility criteria for the Referred Business have been satisfied.
• Rewards will be issued within a reasonable period following confirmation of eligibility.
• PayHero account credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Prezzy Cards will be issued electronically unless otherwise determined by PayHero and are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Multiple Referrals

There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a Referrer may make. Each referral must meet all eligibility criteria to qualify for a reward.

6. Duplicate Referrals

If multiple people refer the same business, the reward will be issued to the Referrer whose referral was received first, as recorded by PayHero.

7. Misuse & Fair Use

PayHero reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if:

• The referral is fraudulent, self-referred, or artificially generated.
• The referral does not comply with these Terms.
• There is suspected misuse of the Referral Programme.

8. General Conditions

• PayHero may contact the Referred Business as part of the referral process.
• PayHero reserves the right to amend or suspend the Referral Programme at any time.
• PayHero reserves the right to Update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
